Kalifa Damani

Kalifa Damani’s research background spans the fields of Education, Psychology and International Development, with particular expertise on educational technology and its relationship to student and teacher development. She began her academic career at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine in the Caribbean, her home region, and later went on to complete a PhD at Cambridge University. Kalifa worked for Open Development & Education in 2019 and 2020. She now works as a researcher on the EdTech Hub (with Jigsaw Consult), but continues to advise Open Development & Education on education in the Caribbean.
