How long we keep information

Email correspondence – retained for 3 years from the date of last communication, to respond to follow-up queries, maintain communication history, and resolve disputes.

Server logs (Vercel & Cloudflare) – retained per each provider's own retention policies. We do not independently store server logs. These are standard web hosting operations.

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise personal information so it can no longer identify you.
