Hetal is a Senior Education Specialist with Open Development & Education based in the US. She is a data Strategist and education practitioner with over two decades of experience leading implementation, evaluation and monitoring of K-12 programs globally. She has designed and implemented education programs in over 35 countries working with funders including USAID, FCDO, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), Banyan Tree Foundation, National Science Foundation and over 30 implementing partners. Hetal is a co-chair of the M&E Special Interest Group at the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) and has been a reviewer for several journals and conferences. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
